Below is a list of the insurance companies with whom we are currently in-network:

We are currently working to get in-network with several other insurance companies; please continue to check back to see if we accept your insurance.
Standard Rates
- Intake Diagnostic Evaluation (90791): $250
- 60 Minute Therapy Session (90837): $200
*Note: Other billing codes may be used; however, the 60-minute therapy session is standard practice at Mosaik Journeys
Self-Pay / Prompt Pay Discount
Mosaik Journeys offers a Prompt Pay Discount for therapy sessions (not the Intake Diagnostic Evaluation) for individuals who choose to self-pay at the time of service. Below is the fee:
- 60 Minute Therapy Session: $150
Good Faith Estimate
Mosaik Journeys is required by federal law to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" for all patients who are uninsured, out-of-network, or opt out of using insurance benefits. Our policy is such that we will provide this estimate to you before your first scheduled appointment to ensure there are no surprises with costs related to services rendered at our practice.
